What do I know and feel about integrating technology in the classroom?

I feel that technology in the classroom is an imperative part of the learning experience. As time progresses, the use of technology as a tool in education becomes more and more significant. Technology has the ability of enhancing the learning experience tremendously. It is very important for a teacher to understand how the classroom configuration and placement of computers makes an impact on the learning environment. There is an opportunity for people with all types of learning styles to succeed with the use of technology. Creativity and a different approach to teaching is also a major benefit to the continuous use of technology. There are many tools that can be used to benefit in research, organization, communication and overall academic performance through technology. Students now are able to communicate with one another and their teacher when in need for assistance, as well as stay organized in keeping track of their grades and assignments through various websites that school systems use. The classroom experience tends to be more personal and fun with creative uses of technology in websites, smart boards, and other tools integrated in the class. Technology should be integrated as much as possible to continue to enhance the learning experience of students in various ways.
